Bob Bensman
​June 19, 1951 – January 6, 2025

Bob started By The Hand Foundation in 1995 which has now given almost $3,000,000 to charity.  

​Bob was a forward-thinking entrepreneur that owned Ver-A-Fast Corporation for 39 years where he innovated the work at home model for thousands. The main focus was on professional women who were home with their children but still wanted to contribute financially to their family without leaving their children.

He developed FastScratch for Charity which is a scratch off game that matches donors’ donations based on the percent scratched off – anywhere from 25 – 200%.

Bob loved to make people laugh and was the life of the party.  He had a way of making people feel at ease and had a comforting presence. He had a zest for life and gracefully navigated both success and tragedy.  Bob was a man of extraordinary spirit, known for an infectious smile and unwavering positivity.  As a true visionary and brilliant entrepreneur, he touched the lives of many through his creativity, insight, and wisdom.  

His memory will forever be cherished by all who had the honor to know him.   His spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
