​Refund Policy: 
All donations are final following the transaction except in cases where the donor’s listed charity cannot be located using the information provided by the donor or where the charity selected by the donor is not a qualifying 501(c)3 charity.  In such case, the donor will be offered a refund or an opportunity to select an alternate charity.  If an alternate charity is not named within 30 days, a refund will automatically be issued. Any other request for refunds must be made directly to By The Hand Foundation.

​100% of all donations made through www.bythehandfoundation.org will be forwarded to the charity selected by the donor.

By The Hand Foundation reserves the right to refuse and/or refund any donation for any reason at its discretion.
